Guildelines

 

ACHI is largely a freelance written magazine.  We welcome your ideas and happily accept all manuscripts both solicited and unsolicited. Generally, our feature articles run between 800 and 1,500 words in published form.  For writers new to ACHI, the best opportunities are the departments.  The pieces there range from 100 to 500 words.  Please include the query as part of the body of your email and not as a separate attachment.  We do not open attachments.  Be sure to include your full name, address, and phone number.  Please keep this in mind when sending your query.  Queries should also make note of department of interest.

 

Our Content

 

ACHI provides reports on a number of topics chosen strategically for the purpose of helping our readers to improve their life, health, relationships and careers.  We also cover fashion trends both local and national that affect our reader.  We provide articles which inform, entertain, intrigue and provoke.  ACHI’s articles are written in a manner reminiscent of two girlfriends catching up.

 

What We're Looking For

 

Don't give us the obvious, or merely touch on the surface of a subject. Our readers are intelligent, goal oriented women with a palette for more indepth reading.
